Obama Nominates Morningstar as Ambassador to Azerbaijan

President Barack Obama plans to nominate Richard Morningstar, the secretary of state’s special envoy for Eurasian energy, as his ambassador to Azerbaijan, the U.S. embassy in Baku said on its website.
The Senate has yet to confirm the nomination.
